Step 1: Go to Performance and Reports, then Statements

From the main IBKR menu, navigate to Performance & Reports and click Statements.

Step 2: Select Activity Statement

Choose Activity Statement from the statement type options.

Step 3: Export as CSV

Select Export as CSV and save the file.

Tip: Set a custom date range before exporting if you want to pull a specific period rather than your full history - useful for monthly review workflows.

Option 2: Flex Query (for advanced users who want full control)

Flex Queries let you build a fully customized export from IBKR with exactly the fields and date ranges you need. • Under Activity Flex Query, click the + to create a new query.

• Choose your desired date range (e.g. last 365 days).
• Keep the format as XML and click Run to generate the export file.
