Webull traders know their way around a chart. Level 2 data, technical indicators, paper trading built in - the platform is genuinely good for executing and analyzing the market before a trade. After the trade, though? The tools drop off sharply.
Most Webull users end up either ignoring their performance data entirely or building clunky spreadsheet workarounds. Neither of those scales. If you're serious about improving - whether you're trading stocks, options, or crypto - you need a dedicated journal that tracks everything in one place and actually surfaces patterns in your behavior.
TraderInsight.pro does that. Import your Webull history, tag your trades by strategy and setup, and let the performance reports and AI analysis do the heavy lifting on understanding what's working.
What Webull's History Tab Can't Tell You
Webull's order history is useful for verifying fills and reviewing specific trades. What it won't do is tell you whether your gap-and-go strategy has a positive expectancy, whether your crypto trades outperform your equities on a risk-adjusted basis, or why your Friday afternoon trades tend to go wrong.
That requires tagging, filtering, aggregation, and reporting across your full history - exactly what a proper trading journal provides. The comparison reports in TraderInsight.pro are particularly powerful for Webull traders who run multiple strategies or asset classes: stack them side by side and see the truth in the numbers.
How to Export Your Trade History from Webull
Webull's export function lives in the mobile app (not the desktop platform).
Step 1: Open the app and go to Account
Log into the Webull mobile app on iOS or Android. Tap your profile icon or the account area at the bottom.
Step 2: Navigate to History
Tap the History tab from the navigation options within your account. Make sure you're on History, not Orders - they're different views.
Step 3: Filter your data
Tap Filter and configure two things:
- Under Select Time, pick your date range. Choose Custom if you want a specific period. (always import the oldest data first to avoid conflicts)
- Under Order Status, select Fully Filled to capture only executed trades (not cancelled or pending orders).
Tap Done to apply.
Step 4: Request the export
Tap the download icon in the top-right corner of the History screen, then tap Submit. Webull will email the export file to your registered email address - typically within a few minutes.
Look for a file labeled Order Records in the email. That's your stock and options trade history. Download and save it.
Importing into TraderInsight.pro
- Go to the Import page.
- Select Webull from the broker list.
- Drag and drop the file from your email - or click to browse.
Stocks, options, and crypto orders will all be recognized and imported.
Note: Webull support is currently in beta on TraderInsight.pro. If you run into any parsing issues, email the team with your file and they'll resolve it quickly.
Getting Value from Your Data Immediately
After import, a few high-value starting points:
- Pull up the Trading Calendar for an immediate visual of your daily P&L. Profitable clusters and consistent loss days reveal themselves fast.
- Use tags to annotate your trades by setup type or mistake. Once you have 30 or 40 tagged trades, the reports start telling a story you couldn't see in a transaction list.
- If you want to document your reasoning on individual trades - screenshots, market context, what you'd do differently - trade notes are built for exactly that and tie directly to the trade record.
