TraderInsight.pro supports TradeStation Global, letting you import your full trade history from the Client Portal and analyze it across stocks, options, futures, forex, crypto, dividends, and more. Drop your Flex Query XML export into TraderInsight.pro and your trades are parsed immediately - no reformatting, no manual entry.

Why TradeStation Global traders use TraderInsight.pro

TradeStation Global gives you a capable execution environment, but its built-in reporting stops well short of what serious performance review requires. You can see what happened, but not why it keeps happening. You'll find P&L by day, but not P&L by setup, by session, by mistake type, or by how long you've been in the trade.

That gap is where traders develop bad habits without realising it. A strategy that looks fine on net P&L can be masking a handful of outlier winners that are hiding a losing edge on the majority of your trades. TraderInsight.pro surfaces that reality immediately - and gives you the tools to act on it.

What does TraderInsight.pro support from TradeStation Global?

TraderInsight.pro parses the full Flex Query XML export from the TradeStation Global Client Portal, including:

  • Stocks and options trades
  • Futures and forex positions
  • Dividends and cash transactions
  • Corporate actions and transfers
  • Option exercises, assignments, and expirations
  • Transaction fees and trade transfers, and more

All account IDs from the export are preserved, so if you have multiple accounts you can filter by account within your reports and dashboards.

  3. Drag and drop your exported XML file.

How to use your TradeStation Global data to improve

How to identify which of your strategies are actually profitable

Once your trades are imported, use tags to label each trade by setup or strategy. Over time, the performance reports will show you P&L, win rate, and average R:R broken down by tag - so you can see clearly which setups are generating returns and which ones are quietly draining your account.

How to find the sessions and instruments where you consistently lose

The trading calendar overlays your P&L across every trading day, making it immediately obvious whether your losses cluster on certain days of the week, certain times of day, or certain market conditions. Filter by instrument or account to isolate specific patterns.

How to compare performance across different time periods or accounts

If you trade multiple accounts through TradeStation Global - live and paper, or different strategies - comparison reports let you put them side by side. Measure the same metrics across both to understand whether a strategy translates, or whether your paper results are masking execution differences.

How to document your reasoning and build a real review process

Attach notes to any trade to capture your pre-trade thesis, what you observed, and what you'd do differently. Combined with tags, this turns your journal into a structured record of your decision-making - and makes weekly or monthly review sessions actually useful rather than just a scroll through numbers.

How to ask plain English questions about your trading data

TraderInsight.pro's AI analysis lets you query your own data conversationally. Ask which instruments you perform best on, whether your win rate improves after taking a break, or how your P&L on options compares to your futures results - and get answers drawn directly from your history, not generic advice.

How to track cash events and corporate actions accurately

The Flex Query export includes cash transactions, corporate actions, and dividends. TraderInsight.pro's cash reporting captures these alongside your trade data, so your net performance figures account for everything - not just closed positions.

How to access your TradeStation Global journal on mobile

TraderInsight.pro is fully cross-platform with 100% feature parity on web, tablet, and mobile. Use the mobile app to review your trades, add notes after a session, or check your performance reports from anywhere - without losing access to any feature available on desktop.
