# The HankoTrade Trading Journal: Reports and AI Insights

Journal your HankoTrade trades with the TraderInsight.pro Trading Journal. Create custom reports, pnl calendar, AI Insights and share your journal.

We’re excited to roll out a major upgrade to our HankoTrade integration!
You can now import your HankoTrade data more reliably and with far richer detail  - whether you’re pulling exports from the web interface or using the full account reports.

## What’s new

- Full support for all HankoTrade export formats

- Better detection of entries, exits, fees, and P/L

- Support for **all trade types** - forex, crypto, indices, futures, commodities, stocks, transactions, and more

- Improved accuracy thanks to deeper metadata from account reports

## How to import your trades

### Option 1 - Account Report export (recommended)

For the best journaling experience, we highly recommend using the full account report - it includes significantly more details and produces richer analytics.

1. Click your **profile** in the top-right corner on HankoTrade

2. Select **Reports**

3. Choose a timeframe (custom range, last day, month, year, etc.)

4. Click **Generate**

5. After processing finishes, click **Export to Excel**

6. Drag and drop the Excel file into TraderInsight.pro

These account summaries contain more metadata and give you deeper insights across your strategies, setups, and overall performance.

### Option 2 - Closed Trades export (not recommended)

From the HankoTrade web interface, open your **Closed Trades** and click the **Download** button.
Drag and drop the file into TraderInsight.pro and you’re good to go.

Try to stick to `Option 1` as the account export contains much more data that will lead to better import and report quality.

This update makes HankoTrade imports faster, smoother, and more complete - so you can spend less time dealing with exports and more time reviewing your trades.
